Nextpage is a cross-platform Electron desktop app with a split-pane interface that keeps a live search engine, such as Google, Bing, or Yandex, open beside an AI chat like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or Perplexity. Users click through search results themselves and add specific pages as sources for the chat, keeping control over which URLs, titles, and snippets the AI sees instead of letting the model choose and summarize sources on its own.

Why it made the leaderboard

Lets you browse live search results in one pane while chatting with an AI assistant in the other, keeping control over which sources feed the model instead of letting it silently pick its own.
