A CommonMark-compliant Markdown parser for Go that scans input in SIMD blocks to build an index of special characters, then parses by branching on the index instead of every byte. The README reports about 960 MB/s on an Apple M4, ahead of pulldown-cmark, md4c and cmark in its own benchmarks. SIMD requires arm64 and GOEXPERIMENT=simd; otherwise a scalar path runs at about 300 MB/s.
