agent-limit-retry is a Claude Code plugin that tracks the exact reset times for a user's 5-hour and weekly usage windows, hands off work before a limit is hit, and can run headless jobs that pause when a limit is reached and automatically resume once it resets. It runs entirely locally with no proxy, account, or telemetry, aiming to stop Claude Code subagents from losing progress and having to redo work when they get cut off.
Why it made the leaderboard
It directly solves a common Claude Code Pro/Max pain point, work getting cut off mid-task by usage limits, with a local, no-telemetry MIT tool.
