A Linux kernel module that raises the FP16 and BF16 instruction issue rate on GeForce RTX 3000 series cards (GA102, GA103, GA104, GA106) to match their professional equivalents. It runs the unlock and a function-level reset before the unmodified NVIDIA driver binds the card, so it does not need re-patching for each new driver release. The README reports a 3090 Ti BF16 GEMM rising from 87.50 to 157.41 TFLOPS, and lists user-reported results per card, including one 3080 Ti variant that stayed at half rate.
