Claude Profiles is a CLI tool and companion Raycast extension that run several isolated Claude Desktop accounts side by side on macOS and Linux, and move Claude Code session history between them. It solves a specific problem: a new profile normally starts with an empty session list even though the transcripts are still on disk, because the list is built from a per-profile index separate from the shared transcript store.
