Rename.Tools is a browser-based bulk file renamer that applies a chain of rules: find-and-replace, regex, sequential numbering, case conversion, text insertion, cleanup and custom JavaScript. A live preview shows the new filenames and detects conflicts before changes are applied. Files are processed locally and not uploaded, and direct renaming needs a supported Chromium browser, while Bash or PowerShell scripts can be exported for other browsers.
