Cachety

About

Cachety is a browser-based tool that adds watermarks to ID cards, passports and other sensitive documents. All processing happens on the user's device and no file is uploaded, so a copy given to a landlord or bank can be marked with its recipient and date without exposing the original to a third-party server. It can also add a unique reference, redact information, strip metadata and GPS data, and password-protect the PDF with AES-256.
