A drop-in replacement for the cargo command that keeps all builds in one centrally managed cache instead of per-project target directories. The cache stays under a size limit and frees least recently used entries as the disk fills. It manages its own Rust toolchains and records every build so commands can report warnings, rebuild reasons and the critical path.
