cargo-test-prune finds Rust tests that add no mutation detection beyond tests you already keep. It runs cargo-mutants to generate mutants, records which tests catch each one, then uses greedy weighted set cover to propose a smaller test set. It only reports suggestions and never deletes tests, so a reviewer decides what to remove.
