NiftyAgent is a minimal coding agent CLI written in under 500 lines of plain Node.js with no framework or library dependencies. It is essentially a loop with a small set of file read/edit tools, built as a baseline for quickly experimenting with different context-management and task-completion strategies without being locked into an existing agent framework.
