Tim's Markdown Reader is a free, open-source macOS app written in Swift for reading Markdown files without opening an editor, built for people who work with AI coding agents that produce Markdown output. It runs entirely offline with no accounts or telemetry, renders Mermaid diagrams, lets users click between linked Markdown files with back/forward navigation, and includes search, auto-reload on file changes, light/dark modes, adjustable text size, and centered or full-width layouts. It requires Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later.
