CXGRD is a CLI that scans a codebase, builds a dependency graph, and gives AI coding assistants architectural context before they make changes, telling developers what a proposed edit will break. It also runs circular-dependency and orphan checks, enriches AI prompts with structural context, and can enforce merge policies in GitHub Actions.
