Inillucent

About

Inillucent is an embedded SQL database written in Rust that follows SQLite's dialect and adds vector search, keyword search and an in-process embedding model. It ships a command line, an MCP server, client wrappers for several languages and encryption at rest. The project reports faster results than SQLite and PostgreSQL with pgvector on its own benchmarks, which are the authors' figures.
