SeekStorm is a Rust search engine that supports lexical, vector and hybrid queries, chosen per query and fused with Reciprocal Rank Fusion. It can be embedded as a library, run as a multi-tenant HTTP server, or exposed to agents through MCP. The README reports lower average and P99 latency than Lucene on a 5M-document Wikipedia benchmark.
