[AINews] Opus 5.5 is good at explainer videos

Context

A creator who says a motion-design video was made entirely as code, with no After Effects, published the prompt template behind it for use with Anthropic's Opus 5.5. The template tells the model to write one HTML page in which every style is computed from the timestamp, with no CSS transitions, timers or state carried between frames. Because each moment depends only on its time, any frame can be drawn on its own. The template then has Playwright, a browser-automation tool, render four subframes per frame, and ffmpeg blends them for motion blur at 60fps. The model supplies animation code; ordinary rendering software turns that code into video.

Visual review is built into the same template. Before any code is written, the model must show the planned list of states laid out on the music's beat grid. Before the full render, it renders one frame per beat so that anything off the grid, cramped or hard to read can be fixed. These are the creator's instructions for the process. The post does not show that the template reliably produces good videos, and the footage and code were not reviewed here.
