A command-line tool that lets a coding agent work with .env files it is blocked from reading. It reports key names, file paths, line numbers and whether values are set, finds missing keys, copies keys between files and runs commands with secrets loaded, without exposing values to the model. It hands the user a command only when a secret must be typed in or moved across folders, so users can keep read-deny rules on without doing all the env work by hand.
