Personal Context Manager (pcm) stores reusable context for coding agents, such as code style, review rules and notes, as markdown files in a separate git repository. Global context applies everywhere and project context applies to one repo. A background server, a kubectl-style CLI, a web UI and a Claude Code skill let you save, read and sync contexts through a remote git repository.
