About
A reverse proxy that sits between an agent and the OpenAI API. It detects repeated identical requests (recursive tool-retry loops) by fingerprinting prompts with SHA-256 in memory, and enforces hourly and daily spend caps. Blocking loops and over-budget requests before they reach the provider limits the API cost a runaway agent can run up, and the service states it does not store prompt payloads.
