About

CodeEraser is a deterministic tool that stops LLM-induced code and documentation drift in long-lived AI-assisted codebases by refusing writes before they reach disk: exact duplicate writes and files exceeding a configured line limit are both denied at the moment of writing. It judges Python, TypeScript/TSX, Rust, Go, Haskell, and Markdown semantically, applies size-only checks to other languages, and enforces the same rules again at commit and CI via pre-commit hooks, a Claude Code plugin, and CI exit codes.
