About
Clootee is a desktop and source-zip launcher that installs and runs Claude Code and Codex through a web interface. It downloads a portable Node runtime and Git when missing, handles sign-in in the browser, and runs a network check that suggests a VPN or a China-reachable model provider. This removes the terminal and PATH setup that otherwise block a first message.
