An MCP server that sits in front of a large MCP tool catalog and exposes five tools: search_tools, describe_tool, call_read_tool, call_read_tools and call_write_tool. The model searches for tools on demand instead of loading every definition, which the README reports cuts tool-definition tokens per request by 97% on a 500-tool catalog. Read-only and write calls are separate tools so clients can approve them differently, and the proxy forwards the caller's own authorization header upstream.
