Jocasta

Jocasta keeps an inventory of devices on a network, identifying each by MAC address so labels and notes persist when an IP changes, and it logs new devices, address changes and renames. Connecting a router lets it read ARP and DHCP tables to identify devices on other VLANs, and flow exports add hourly traffic totals per device. It ships as a single Go binary with a web interface, an API and an MCP server.
