About
An open-source command line tool that infers who knows each part of a repository from git history and compares that with the committed CODEOWNERS file. It can audit drift, generate a CODEOWNERS file, rank paths by knowledge risk, and suggest reviewers for a diff. It runs locally without uploading source code and also works as a GitHub Action.
Why it made the leaderboard
Finds which files only one contributor really knows and models the impact if they leave, using only local Git history.
