LegCli is a command-line usage-limit monitor and automatic handoff tool for Claude Code, Codex, agy, and Grok: it runs alongside an agent, tracks usage limits, and switches work to the next available model or agent in the same terminal session once a limit is hit. It runs locally with zero runtime dependencies.
