An unofficial Claude Code and Cowork plugin that reads the 5-hour and weekly usage windows and context fill from responses the session already receives. It shows the figures to Claude on every message, draws a gauge next to the prompt, warns at 80% and 90%, and refuses tool calls and new requests at 95% so work stops at a clean point. It makes no extra API calls.
