Soter is an open-source Discord moderation bot that scans every message for hate speech and spam using Jev, a small decision model from TypeSafe AI, then automatically deletes flagged content, times out repeat violators, and logs each action to a mod channel. Server owners can exempt channels and tune violation thresholds.
Why it made the leaderboard
Demonstrates using a small decision-focused model rather than a general text-generation model for moderation calls, giving server owners automatic, explainable enforcement with less false-positive risk than keyword filters.
