A11 is an open-source runtime and RPC toolkit that turns ordinary async functions into typed "actions" with named, independently streamable inputs and outputs. The same action can run locally, across services or browsers, or be called by an AI model as a tool, letting developers move logic between processes and machines without changing how callers invoke it.
