Transit is a local toolkit of agent skills that turns distributed traces, GitHub Actions runs and coding-agent sessions into animated subway-style maps. Lines represent units of work, stations are events, and slow or failed steps are marked as delays or service alerts. Output is a self-contained HTML page, MP4 or GIF that can be shared in a channel, with all processing done locally.
