XTrace is a free, open-source macOS app that reads the session history Claude Code, Codex and Cursor already save locally. It shows agent activity beside estimated human time, API-equivalent spend per day and session, account usage limits with a pace forecast, and session timelines. It also runs scoring skills on projects to suggest improvements, and the README warns that more agent hours do not prove higher productivity.
