Railspike is a set of Markdown instructions that has a coding agent write requirements and a staged plan into the repo and stop until the user approves each one. After approval it works on a branch one stage at a time, verifying and committing each stage. It targets requirements drift, unwanted added dependencies and long unsupervised agent runs, and works with Claude Code, Codex, Copilot and similar agents.
