QualityLayer is a desktop app and browser workspace for planning and reviewing changes made by coding agents. It runs a seven-step workflow for features and bug fixes (discuss, research, plan, outline, implement, verify, review), with visual plans you approve before any code is written and a separate agent that checks each requirement. It works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Antigravity, Pi and OpenCode using your own subscription, and each step is stored as a Markdown file in your repository.
