About
opencode-mempalace-persistence is a community-built OpenCode plugin that automatically saves every conversation to MemPalace in real time and injects stored memories into each new prompt, so a model retains context about the user and past work across sessions without manual recall commands. It mirrors the save/decide pattern used by MemPalace's official Claude Code hooks: the plugin decides when to save, and the model decides what to file via MemPalace's MCP tools.
