About
anti-slop is a set of 16 opinionated Oxlint rules for TypeScript and JavaScript that reject weak typing and low-evidence code patterns, such as unsafe type assertions and overly broad types on function contracts. Rather than being consumed as a pinned npm dependency, the rules are designed to be copied into a repository so a team can tune each one to its own standards.
Why it made the leaderboard
These are the exact patterns agent-written TypeScript uses to slip past the type checker, so the linter catches generated code that compiles but proves nothing.
