Vercel lets developers choose a home region for a workflow run, keeping its saved progress, queue dispatch and streamed output together. By default, that region is where the run starts; an explicit region setting can override it. The home region persists for the run's lifetime, although Vercel says workflow traffic fails over to the next closest region during a regional incident.
