Crenox

Crenox is a Go command-line tool that works as a Git pre-commit hook and ad-hoc scanner for leaked secrets. It blocks commits containing API keys, private keys, cloud credentials and database connection strings using a three-tier pipeline that includes pattern matching and entropy analysis. It ships as a single static binary with a YAML configuration file for thresholds, size limits and path exclusions.
