A website — nothing to install — that walks you digit by digit through entering an iOS Screen Time passcode you never see in full, so you cannot tap "Ignore Limit" to bypass your own App Limits, Downtime or content blocks. Recovering the passcode requires a waiting period you choose in advance, from six hours up to a month, on the theory that the urge passes before the wait does. It leans on Apple's built-in OS-level controls rather than shipping a blocker of its own.
