About
compliance-ail is a policy gateway that checks Open Policy Agent (OPA) rules against autonomous AI agent tool calls before they execute, and records a proof-checked, tamper-evident audit trail of those decisions. It ships a framework-agnostic enforcement core with an isolated SDK-based verifier and includes a reference integration for LangGraph.
Why it made the leaderboard
Gives teams running autonomous agents a way to enforce policy and prove after the fact what an agent actually did, addressing a real compliance gap as agents get more tool access.
