Codify is open-source infrastructure from the Tony Blair Institute's CentreAI that converts scanned statute books into structured, searchable text, tagging each section so it can be found, cited, and linked back to the original page. It tracks amendments over time, connecting each change to the provision it modifies and the instrument that made the change, letting a jurisdiction's overlapping laws be consolidated into a current, traceable text.
