Skillzero is a CLI tool that manages which Claude Code and Codex agent skills are loaded into context, letting users hide globally-installed skills entirely (making them behave like slash commands) or bundle several into one collection so the agent sees only a single name and description, reducing the token overhead and reliability loss caused by large skill lists crowding the context window.
Why it made the leaderboard
