Kepil is an open-source accountability layer for AI agents that issues each agent version an immutable passport documenting who built it, who runs it, and its risk and autonomy class. It routes every agent action through a single enforcement gateway and records outcomes in a tamper-evident journal that supports undoing prior actions.
