StackReplay analyzes a developer's local AI coding tool history (Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools) entirely in the browser, calculating what those recorded model calls would have cost at published API prices. It then replays the same event sequence against other subscription plans or APIs to show where an allowance or credit pool would have run out.
