Vercel's AI Gateway makes Meta's Muse Image available for both generating and editing images through the same model identifier. An application sends text to create an image, or supplies an existing image alongside an instruction to request a revision. The announcement uses a poster example: create the poster, then submit it with a request to reposition and enlarge its date.
This lets an application keep creation and revision on one model integration. Reference images can also accompany a prompt to guide generation, giving the application a way to carry existing artwork into a new request.
