Dicty is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that turns spoken dictation into text and developer documentation using fully local, offline speech models (Whisper and NVIDIA Parakeet) with no telemetry. It can format raw speech into commit notes, architecture docs, or meeting summaries using local or user-supplied cloud LLMs, link entries directly to related PRs, commits, and branches, and sync output to tools like Obsidian, Linear, Notion, or Confluence.
