About
zhist is a Go-based shell history tool for Zsh that replaces the default history file and records each command's working directory, exit status, and duration. Its fzf picker uses that context to display failed commands in red and each entry's duration, and one key toggles between global history and the current directory's history.
Why it made the leaderboard
zhist replaces plain zsh history with a store that tracks where and how each command ran, letting you filter failed commands or scope history to the current project through an fzf picker.
