Reviewer inserts a human-in-the-loop review step for AI coding agents: the agent commits its changes and pushes to a local git 'review' remote, which opens a full-context review UI at a localhost URL via a post-receive hook. Inline comments sent back to the agent trigger revisions and re-pushes until the human approves, at which point the agent continues its normal workflow (opening a PR, merging, etc.).
