RC Desktop is a native Windows 11 app for managing containers that run on WSL Containers (wslc.exe). It is built with Rust and Slint and calls wslc.exe underneath, which avoids the memory cost of an Electron app. It lists containers, groups compose projects into stacks, controls container lifecycle, shows logs, and deploys new containers from a form.
