About
MacMonitor is a free, open-source Apple Silicon Mac app that shows live temperatures, fans, power, memory, disks and battery, and explains why the fan is running. It lives in the menu bar, keeps history, sends alerts and exposes the same readings to AI agents such as Claude and Codex through a read-only MCP server. It reads sensors without writing to hardware or using the network.
