Legion is an open-source Elixir runtime that lets AI agents act inside an application by writing and running sandboxed Lua (or Elixir) code against developer-defined tools, rather than making one-off tool calls. Every execution runs under time, memory, and CPU limits with per-user auth scoping, and a LiveView dashboard shows telemetry for every agent, message, and sandboxed evaluation.
