About
BeamDisk is a user-mode iSCSI initiator for Apple Silicon Macs. It mounts disks from a storage server or SAN so they appear in Finder, Disk Utility and Time Machine, without a kernel extension or lowered security settings. The vendor reports about 1.2 GB/s sequential throughput over 10 GbE. It is free to download and free for home use, and business use needs a license.
