This library packages tested skills, subagents and hooks for Claude Code. A supervisor sends each step to the cheapest capable model and escalates after two failures, gates pass by exit code, and a bug fix must ship with a test shown to fail without it. Other pieces cover session handoff notes, ticket writing, secret scanning on commits and protection of lint and config files.
